What is a CMS Template?

WHAT IS A CMS (CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)?

With a CMS, users are issued with an admin username and password allowing them to add and update posted information. This means that users are able to make changes to their website without any HTML knowledge.

RICH TEXT EDITOR

A rich text editor is a web-based editing application that is similar to a word processor. The application allows a user to make changes to their content in a simple and familiar way. Our Rich Text Editor allows a user to complete common formatting and layout tasks. These tasks could include making text bold, inserting images or adding a table to the page.

DYNAMIC CONTENT AND MODULES

A CMS is a web-based application allowing modular add-on’s and extensions. This allows for adding of features to a website without any redesign or redevelopment. An example of this is a Blog or a News system. Since the content is dynamically generated when the page is loaded, it allows for features that are not possible with a traditional static website.

AUTOMATIC IMAGE HANDLING

Static website images need to be re-sized before being added. The CMS allows users to upload images and automatically re-size as desired.

THEME/DESIGN

Our CMS has a powerfully display and template engine that completely separates the layout and design of your web site from the features and content of your site. This allows for a redesign or re-branding of your web site without affecting existing features or systems, keeping everything else in place but with a fresh look and design.
